Computer Hardware Engineer

Immediate Hire

Individual needed for current design and testing of FullStop's hardware integration.

 

FullStop is looking for an experienced Computer Hardware Engineer to support our operation in the design, construction, and configuration of various components. Interested candidates must have experience working with open source technologies and integrating components using Raspberry Pi and/or Arduino modifications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Integration of various hardware components

  • Analyze requirements in order  to suggest, determine, and plan hardware layouts, including any peripheral modifications to existing hardware.

  • Perform design, testing, construction, and modifications of hardware prototypes

  • Continuous updated knowledge on the latest hardware for use in IoT devices

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or 3 years of experience in the field

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge in solar panel technology

  • Integration of video signals and video equipment

  • Knowledge on Raspberry Pi or Arduino hardware.

Full Stack Developer

FullStop is looking for an individual to join our team of developers in designing the future of smart signaling systems. Our candidate must possess knowledge in all areas of the SDLC and a solid experience in UX/UI design. Particular knowledge in open source software and hardware integration a plus.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or 3 years of experience in software engineering.

  • Experience in multiple software development languages, including Java and Python

  • Experience with Unix systems

  • Experience developing applications used in Raspberry Pi or Arduino hardware

Sales Associate

Expected Hire Date: July 2020

Individual needed for beginning of sales initiative to coincide with our second wave of product deployment.

FullStop is currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our sales team. Establishing trusted relationships with our

customers will be your top priority via telephone, electronic, or in-person communication. You will be in charge of providing our customers with our vision and selling our value proposition.

Qualifications

  • 2+ experience in IT hardware sales or 4+ years in sales in general

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Experience in hardware presentations and training

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service

  • Willingness to travel for a period no longer than a week multiple times a year

Hardware Technician

Expected Hire Date: October 2019

Individual needed to perform installations during our first wave of product deployment.

 

FullStop is seeking a Hardware Technician to support the deployment and maintenance of our signaling and traffic analysis products in several locations. The chosen individual will perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our devices, on site, at road intersections located in Northern California, USA.

 

Responsibilities

  • Installation of hardware retrofitted to existing traffic signals

  • Conduct hardware and software testing on site

  • Conduct maintenance of equipment

  • This position requires travel

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Hardware related field or 2 years of experience providing IT Hardware support

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
