Current state of FullStop and How we will grow
FullStop follows a Lean Startup approach in order to quickly verify that our products are meeting their objectives. We are currently conducting our first stage of equity fundraising, and are gearing rapidly towards our first production wave in order to roll-out installations to over 20 intersections with a high rate of rural accidents in the state of Texas.
We believe that rural road safety is an underserved market because of the lack of resources available to adequately address risk. At the same time, rural roads often have a much higher rate of accidents than roads in urban areas.
Because of the unique value proposition of the Full Stop system, we believe our customers will pay a premium price once we prove our value hypothesis. After our First Wave of installations is completed, there are many opportunities for growth based on the feedback that we gain from each installation. These include expanding our flagship stop sign system, licensing the individual technology components, developing new systems for roadways other than stop sign intersections, and expanding outside of the U.S.

First Wave (Q1 2020)
Production of first wave CV1 units completed and installed in around 20 intersections of a specific U.S. state (Texas) with a high rate of rural accidents.
Second Wave (Q4 2020)
FullStop ramps up production and installation of units to 150%, to cover around 50 intersections with a high rate of rural accidents.
Third Wave (Q2 2021)
FullStop will expand its coverage to multiple U.S. states. We will ramp up production further to cover over 100 intersections.
Tech Sharing (Q3 2021)
The real world data gathered by FullStop units will be licensed to third party organizations such as driverless vehicle and HD mapping companies.
New Products (Q4 2021)
FullStop will develop new products that use our base technology at other types of intersections or roadways.(e.g. pedestrian crossing, residential, construction zones)
Along with the increased production of units, the expected market growth of the VMSM industry and continuous U.S. federal government investment in smart projects through legislation such as the FAST Act, drives additional growth for FullStop
FullStop is part of the Transportation Displays segment of the Variable Message Signage Manufacturing (VMSM) industry. Industry revenue is expected to rise at an annualized rate of 6.2% to $5.5 billion.
The U.S. FAST Act ( Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act ) authorizes $305 billion through the year 2020. This piece of legislation supports states with over $100 million a year allocated for intelligent transportation systems.
